RETURN POLICY
If you are dissatisfied with any item that you purchased online or wish to exchange it, you may return it to Titi Designs LLC under the following conditions, which are strictly observed:
- Contact Customer Service within 24 hours of Delivery:
To initiate a return, you must first contact customer service at parley@titiandko.com within 24 hours of delivery of your order to determine eligibility and approval for a return or exchange.
- Shipping Label:
If the item(s) wish to return are eligible for return or exchange, you will be emailed a shipping label to return your item(s). Returned items sent to us with a label other than the label provided by us will not be accepted.
- Items Not Approved for Return:
Otherwise, all special order sales and sale items are final sales and are not subject to return, including any alterations and/or modifications requested by the customer. Please see “Special Orders & Limited Inventory” section in this Terms of Use for more information on special orders.
REPAIRS
In the unlikely event that an item purchased arrives damaged in any way, or should an item purchased online or through our store need reparation over time, we are happy to facilitate the necessary repairs. Please send a photo of the damaged item to parley@titiandko.com.
We will work with our local experts and give you an estimated timeline for the repair. We will also let you know in advance any fees and shipping charges that may be associated with the repair.
LOST OR STOLEN MERCHANDISE
We require a signature upon delivery for all packages sent with insurance. Any items that are lost or stolen before signature are insured and are eligible for replacement or store credit until the package is signed.
After signature, we are no longer liable for lost or stolen merchandise. In the event that you waive the signature requirement, the sale is deemed final, and we are not liable or responsible for replacing lost or stolen merchandise.
