Titi & Ko. (“Titi,” “we,” “us,” “our”) provides our customers (“you,” "your") with a unique shopping experience featuring uniquely designed jewelry.

The items on the Titi website, accessible from www.titiandko.com (the “website”), were designed and fabricated by artists, meeting Titi's criteria of originality and quality of workmanship.

Each piece is individually made, and production schedules attempt, as much as possible, to accommodate customers' delivery requests. However, orders not in stock are subject to the availability of raw materials, production, and delivery schedules.

Also, all ofthe jewelry is manufactured in a studio setting and features subtle variations in detail and finish from items photographed on our website.

SALES TAX

We are a New York business. Sales tax will be applied if you live in New York, or as otherwise required by law.

SPECIAL ORDERS & LIMITED INVENTORY

We try to maintain our website with currently featured items available in inventory. However, due to the unique, handcrafted nature of our jewelry, this is not always possible.

In fact, often, our inventory is one-of-a-kind and limited in availability. If the piece you are interested in is out of stock, we will contact you via email with an estimated shipping date, and you can choose to cancel your order within 24 hours of receipt of such notice.

If you choose to go forward with your order, it will be a final sale, and the above return policy pertaining to special orders will apply to your purchase.

The return policy pertaining to special orders also applies to any altered or changed jewelry pursuant to your request.
